Our Next Gen Bootcamp aims to teach children how important health and fitness is in their lives and promote self-discipline and confidence.
These classes are designed for kids aged 5-14 and will help your child develop new skills and motivation, increase strength, speed and agility, and improve their overall fitness. Other benefits include enriched self-esteem, mood and cognitive and motor skills.

Classes run on Tuesdays during term time.

Ages 5 – 9, Time: 3.45pm – 4.30pm

Ages 10 – 14, Time: 4.30pm – 5.15pm
