Functional training works with the natural movement of the body to help you perform day to day activities more easily. It promotes stability and core strength, and is an excellent foundation for whole body fitness.

Our ultimate training room hosts a wide variety of functional kit including power plates, spin bikes, battle ropes (and skipping ropes), a sled track, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sandbags and slam balls.

Each day we offer a members’ Workout of The Day – or of course you can come in and work on your own training plan.
