I first went along to UWT because I thought it would be a good reintroduction to physical activity after a couple of weeks off.
So a year ago this month I was introduced to the most motivating, amazing and supporting training group I’ve ever been too (UWT).
For the past 2 years, I have been a member of several gyms but find that they often are too busy and the trainers are only there to supervise and not inspire or offer guidance.
Before starting at UWT I was looking for a way to get back in shape after having my second child. I had lost some baby weight but really needed to tone up and get my fitness back.
Best decision I ever made. Since working out with UWT, I am stronger, fitter & leaner. I have given up my 2+ litres of diet coke a day, and eat a better diet.
I’ve never enjoyed exercise and although I’ve not been happy with my weight or body shape since having my two kids, I haven’t been able to find a class or training regime that I could stick to or see real results from.
I started doing UWT in April and was set a challenge by Dave to get down to 100kg from 130kg in 12 weeks.
I joined UWT in August 2014 and have been hooked ever since. Prior to joining UWT I hadn’t done anything like this, I wasn’t really into the gym but I had been a keen runner for about 5 years but UWT offers so much more….
