I’ve never enjoyed exercise and although I’ve not been happy with my weight or body shape since having my two kids, I haven’t been able to find a class or training regime that I could stick to or see real results from.
Then I found UWT and I’ve been blown away by how much I enjoy it. It’s really hard work but it’s a brilliant bunch of people and the trainers manage to strike a perfect balance between pushing you to do your best and being motivational and supportive at the same time. I’ve only been to ten sessions but have already lost inches everywhere and my energy levels and general fitness are miles better than before I started. Thanks guys!!
