Ultimate Workout works the whole body, ensuring you gain all-round fitness! This class incorporates SkiErgs, Assault Bikes, rowers, battle ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and barbells.

Our coaches design each Ultimate Workout session, which change daily, giving you a different workout every time you train. We’ll make sure you never get bored with your workouts!
